3-Bean Chili

  1. Brown meat in large saucepot on medium heat; drain.
  2. Add onions and peppers; cook until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream; mix well.
  4. Bring to boil; cover.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Top each serving with 2 Tbsp.
