Grilled Chicken and Provolone Sandwich

  1. Slice onions and start cooking bacon and onions in the same pan or griddle.
  2. While those are cooking, separate chicken breasts; slice boneless chicken breasts in two so they are thinner.
  3. Cook on a panini press for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Lay the cheese on each piece of chicken while still on the press and bring the lid down halfway but not all the way so the cheese melts.
  5. Prepare the bun with all the toppings above and place the chicken with melted cheese on the prepared bun.
  6. Slice and serve!
  7. YUM-alicious!
