Grilled Chicken and Provolone Sandwich
- 1 whole Onion
- 6 slices Bacon
- 1 whole Chicken Breast
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 4 whole Keiser Rolls
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 1 cup Banana Peppers Sliced
- 4 Tablespoons Honey Dijon Mustard
- Slice onions and start cooking bacon and onions in the same pan or griddle.
- While those are cooking, separate chicken breasts; slice boneless chicken breasts in two so they are thinner.
- Cook on a panini press for 4-5 minutes.
- Lay the cheese on each piece of chicken while still on the press and bring the lid down halfway but not all the way so the cheese melts.
- Prepare the bun with all the toppings above and place the chicken with melted cheese on the prepared bun.
- Slice and serve!
