Duck Pate Recipe
- 3 wild ducks
- 2 onions, minced
- 1 rib of celery, minced
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- Salt, pepper">pepper, red pepper">pepper
- Cover ducks with water; parboil till tender.
- Cold; strip meat from bones.
- Chop in food processor.
- Add in rest of ingredients; mix well.
