Cheesecake Fruit Cups

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine or butter; reserve 1/4 cup crumb mixture.
  2. Spoon remaining crumb mixture on bottom of 8 (6-ounce) dessert dishes.
  3. Place pear or peach halves on crumbs; set aside.
  4. Prepare cheesecake filling according to package directions using milk.
  5. Spoon or pipe mixture on top of pear or peach halves.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  7. Garnish with whipped topping and reserved crumbs.
