Cheesecake Fruit Cups
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 8 each pears
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine or butter; reserve 1/4 cup crumb mixture.
- Spoon remaining crumb mixture on bottom of 8 (6-ounce) dessert dishes.
- Place pear or peach halves on crumbs; set aside.
- Prepare cheesecake filling according to package directions using milk.
- Spoon or pipe mixture on top of pear or peach halves.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Garnish with whipped topping and reserved crumbs.
