Grilled marinated London Broil

• 1 London Broil
• 1 mustard
• 1 Worcester sauce
• 1 salt & pepper to taste

1. to marinate place roast in baking pan spread spicy brown mustard on both sides pour Worcester sauce on both sides, let marinate 4 or more hrs.
2. preheat grill
3. remove roast from marinate and season with salt & pepper
4. cook to you likeness:)
