KA BBQ Rub
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp table salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery seed crushed
- 1/2 tsp rubbed tyme
- Mix well and store in an airtight and labeled container.
- Seasoned meat well and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
