Cool and Creamy Cucumber Soup

  1. Cook zucchini in boiling water in large saucepan 5 min.
  2. or until tender, adding onions to the boiling water for the last minute; drain.
  3. Blend zucchini mixture and remaining ingredients in blender until smooth.
  4. Transfer to bowl.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
