Pickled Eggs

• 15 large eggs
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon pickling spices
• 3 cups vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Hard boil eggs.
2. Remove shells and place eggs in a 2 quart sterilized jar.
3. Combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and pour over eggs.
4. Store weeks in a cool place.
