Oven Beef Stew

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In 5 quart dutch oven, combine beef, undiluted soup, dry soup mix, wine, and onion.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Top with potato pieces and carrots, mixing in slightly, cover and bake 2 hours.
  5. Stir in broccoli, cover and bake 15 minutes.
  6. Remove cover and bake 15 min longer.
