Chicken Spaghetti(Serves 10)

  1. Cook chicken with onion, bay leaf and salt.
  2. Chill, bone and chop.
  3. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
  4. Use 2 tablespoons of chicken broth.
  5. Add flour, salt, pepper, 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup milk for white sauce.
  6. Dice celery, onions, pimentos and green pepper.
  7. Add cheese.
  8. Mix all ingredients together. Put in a shallow pan.
  9. Cover with buttered crumbs or potato chips.
