Curried Thai Pork

  1. Cook and stir meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min.
  2. or until evenly browned.
  3. Add peppers and onions; cook 4 to 6 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender, stirring constantly.
  5. Add next 4 ingredients; cook 3 min.
  6. or until cream cheese product is melted, stirring constantly.
  7. Bring just to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 8 min.
  8. or until meat is done, stirring frequently.
  9. Add snow peas; cook and stir 2 min.
  10. Serve over rice; top with cilantro.
