Whole Wheat Crescent Rolls Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Stir in sugar, salt, Large eggs, butter and whole wheat flour.
  3. Beat with spoon till smooth.
  4. Fold in white whole wheat flour.
  5. Beat with spoon till smooth.
  6. Fold in white flour till smooth.
  7. Round up in a greased bowl, cover and let rise till double, 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  8. Divide dough in half.
  9. Roll out on a floured board.
  10. Spread with melted butter, cut in wedges.
  11. Roll up wedges and put on greased baking sheet with points tucked to underside.
  12. Cover and let rise again (about an hour).
  13. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 min.
