Cinnamon Chipper Waffles

  1. Beat egg yolks.
  2. Add remaining wet ingredients except egg whites.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Mix together all dry ingredients.
  5. Sift dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Beat egg whites until stiff in separate bowl.
  8. Fold egg whites into waffle batter.
  9. Cook in waffle iron (about 90 seconds).
  10. Use approximately 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter per waffle.
