Low Country Pousse-Rapiere

• 1/4 c. Brandied Plum syrup
• 1 whole Brandied Plum
• 1 bottle dry sparkling white wine, such as Prosecco

1. Pour 1 tablespoon plum syrup into each of 4 champagne flutes or wineglasses and add a wedge or two of Brandied Plum.
2. Top off with sparkling wine and serve.
