Low Country Pousse-Rapiere
- 1/4 c. Brandied Plum syrup
- 1 whole Brandied Plum
- 1 bottle dry sparkling white wine, such as Prosecco
- Pour 1 tablespoon plum syrup into each of 4 champagne flutes or wineglasses and add a wedge or two of Brandied Plum.
- Top off with sparkling wine and serve.
