Bourbon Pie Recipe

• 4 x Large eggs
• 3/4 c. White corn syrup
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 stk butter
• 1/2 c. Brn. sugar
• 1 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 c. Minced pecans
• 3 Tbsp. Flour
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 4 Tbsp. Kentucky Bourbon

1. Whisk flour into bourbon - set aside.
2. Heat butter.
3. Beat Large eggs and fold in all remaining ingredients.
4. Add in bourbon and butter.
5. Stir.
6. Pour into shell.
7. Cook at 350 degrees 50-60 min.
