Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

• Your favorite recipe for peanut butter cookies
• 6 (1 ounce.) squares of semi sweet chocolate
• 1 tbsp. shortening
• 1 tbsp. light corn syrup

1. Make cookies according to recipe directions.
2. Let cold.
3. Heat chocolate and shortening on top of double boiler.
4. Stir in corn syrup.
5. Mix till smooth.
6. Dip each cookie halfway into the chocolate mix.
7. Place in single layer on a cookie sheet.
8. Freeze till chocolate hardens.
9. Place in airtight container.
10. Store in the freezer till ready to use.
