Pasta with Shrimp, Dill, and Lemon

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. If shrimp are frozen, run under cold water until defrosted.
  3. Drain pasta and run under cold water.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to pasta and stir to combine.
  5. Serve as is or chill in the fridge prior to serving.
  6. A note on the salad size shrimp: I use Legal Seafoods salad sized shrimp that can be found at BJs.
  7. I get several meals out of one bag.
