Asian Grilled Beef Noodle Bowl
- 1 lb. (450 g) top sirloin beef grilling steak, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 220 g fibre-enriched white spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 head napa cabbage, cut into 4 wedges
- 2 green onions, cut diagonally into thin slices
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread meat onto 8 skewers.
- Mix next 5 ingredients until blended.
- Remove 3 Tbsp.
- dressing mixture; brush onto meat.
- Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding peppers to the boiling water for the last minute.
- Meanwhile, grill meat 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done, adding cabbage to the barbecue for the last 6 min.

- Remove meat from skewers.
- Chop cabbage; discard root ends.
- Drain spaghetti mixture; return to pan.
- Add onions and remaining dressing mixture; mix lightly.
- Place in 4 serving bowls; top with cabbage and meat.
