Hash Brown Potatoes (Country Style) Recipe

• 1 (2 pound pkg.) frzn hash brown potatoes
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, cubed
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 med. onion, minced and sauteed in 2 teaspoon butter
• 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Dash of pepper

1. Mix all ingredients together except for potatoes.
2. Put potatoes in large buttered baking dish.
3. Pour mix over potatoes and sprinkle with topping.
4. (9 x 13 inch dish or possibly pan).
