Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 10 oz (280 grm). broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cups (475 ml) milk
- 2 cups (475 ml) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- In large sauce pan, bring water and broccoli to a boil.
- Cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes.
- Do not drain the water.
- Stir in potato soup and milk.
- Stir over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in cheese.
