Lemon tempeh salad

  1. Place spinach leaves in a bowl.
  2. Chop the tempeh into squares.
  3. Put them in the bowl.
  4. Pour garbanzo beans and sunflower seeds on top of that.
  5. Put tomatos in there too.
  6. Squeeze lemon all over everything, especially the tempeh.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. I usually give it three to four twists of my grinder.
  9. Pairs well with water in all climates.
