Chicken Cheese Soup

  1. Cook vegetables until tender in
  2. 4 to 5 tablespoons butter or broth.
  3. Add chicken broth and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes. Blend flour, milk, cheese and parsley into a smooth sauce and add to broth.
  4. Cook, stirring, until thick and bubbly.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
