Ham and Vegetable Soup

  1. Simmer stock and cubed potatoes until potatoes are tender.
  2. Add green onions/scallions near the end of simmering.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve piping hot.
