Garlic Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. To slice potato, lay each quarter on the flat side and thinly slice (about 1/4 inch or thinner).
  3. Add half the potato slices, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary to a bowl and toss to combine everything.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. (stir or shake the pan halfway through).
