Brandy Walnut Bundt Cake Recipe
- 1 pkt yellow cake mix
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1 1/2 ounce brandy*
- 1 pkt vanilla pudding mix
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. walnuts minced
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. brandy*
- 3/4 c. sugar
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Prepare bundt or possibly tube pan: spray with non-stick vegetable spray and coat thoroughly with sugar.
- Set aside.
- Combine all cake ingredients and blend well.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, being careful to not touch bottom or possibly sides of pan as you spread batter.
- Bake 50-60 min or possibly till pick comes out clean.
- Heat glaze ingredients together in small sauce pan.
- Pour 2/3 of glaze over top of cake while cake is warm from the oven and in the pan.
- Allow to remain in pan to cold for 25 min.
- Remove from pan and drizzle with remaining glaze.

- Serving Ideas : Serve with dollop of whipped cream, if you like.
- NOTES : Tested recipe.
- For non-alcoholic version: mix 2 Tbsp.
- brandy flavoring in 3 ounces water - use 1/4 c. for glaze and the rest for cake.
