Holiday Ribbon Mold Recipe
- 2 Packages (3 ounce.) strawberry Jello
- 5 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Packages (3 ounce.) lime Jello
- Dissolve strawberry Jello in 2 1/2 c. boiling water.
- Pour 1 1/2 c. into a 6 c. ring mold.
- Refrigeratetill set but not hard.
- Refrigerateremaining Jello in bowl and gradually blend in 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream and spoon over Jello in mold.
- Refrigeratetill set but not hard.
- Repeat with lime Jello, remaining boiling water and lowfat sour cream, chilling dissolved Jello before measuring and pouring into mold.
- Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
- Unmold.
- Makes 12 servings.
