Holiday Ribbon Mold Recipe

  1. Dissolve strawberry Jello in 2 1/2 c. boiling water.
  2. Pour 1 1/2 c. into a 6 c. ring mold.
  3. Refrigeratetill set but not hard.
  4. Refrigerateremaining Jello in bowl and gradually blend in 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream and spoon over Jello in mold.
  5. Refrigeratetill set but not hard.
  6. Repeat with lime Jello, remaining boiling water and lowfat sour cream, chilling dissolved Jello before measuring and pouring into mold.
  7. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
  8. Unmold.
  9. Makes 12 servings.
