Sesame Red Snapper Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. fillets
- 3 tbsp. sherry
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 scallion, minced
- Rub both sides of fish with garlic.
- Throw away garlic.
- Place fish skin side down in casserole.
- Pour sherry, lemon juice and soy sauce mix over fish.
- Broil 8 to 10 min, basting with pan juices.
- Place fish and juices on platter and sprinkle with scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
