Sesame Red Snapper Recipe

  1. Rub both sides of fish with garlic.
  2. Throw away garlic.
  3. Place fish skin side down in casserole.
  4. Pour sherry, lemon juice and soy sauce mix over fish.
  5. Broil 8 to 10 min, basting with pan juices.
  6. Place fish and juices on platter and sprinkle with scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
