Locke's Pancakes Recipe

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add in lowfat milk, oil, and egg white.
  3. Blend ingredients.
  4. Let stand a few min.
  5. If batter is too thick, add in a few drops (less than a tsp.)
  6. of lowfat milk till batter is a desired consistency.
  7. Pour desired amount of batter in a warm, slightly oiled, skillet.
  8. When upper side of pancake is bubbly and edges appear dry, it is ready to be turned over.
  9. A spatula should be used to flip the pancake, only once.
  10. Makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes.
  11. Egg without yolk eliminates cholesterol.
