My Pork Tomatoe Bake and Chilli, Garlic Sauce . '

  1. Ingredients
  2. Heat up the oil and add the slices of pork to it and fry until all the pink colour has gone and it turns greyish turn heat down and let it cook for 5 minutes
  3. Remove the pork out of the pan and ste aside on a plate, you may need another tblsp of olive oil add it to the frypan but dont clean it.
  4. Add the chopped onions garlic and chopped chilli.
  5. And fry for 1minute then add the tomatoes and fry until soft and slushy
  6. Make a well in the middle and add the wine stir all in and leave boiling for 1-2 minutes
  7. Add the meat back to the frying mixture and stir turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes
  8. Add the chicken stock to the mix and stir in leave for another 5 minutes, then add the cornflour.
  9. It should be a little thicker and a tastier sauce.
  10. Ready now to serve add to a serving dish and serve hot.
  11. With some veg , Homemade Chips or New potatoes.
