Buffalo Poultry Burger

  1. For the burgers:
  2. Combine burger ingredients (except oil) in a bowl.
  3. Mix gently until just incorporated; do not overmix.
  4. Divide into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
  5. Heat oil over medium in a skillet.
  6. Place patties in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and patties are done through.
  7. Note: These may also be cooked on a grill or under the broiler.
  8. To assemble the burgers:
  9. Combine mayo with dressing of choice.
  10. Equally distribute mayo mixture on tops and bottoms of all buns.
  11. Place cooked burger on dressed bottom bun.
  12. Top with cheese of choice, followed by cabbage and bun top.
  13. Serve with carrots and celery alongside.
