Fennel, Raisin, Walnut, Whole Wheat Muffins.
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 12 cup natural bran
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 cup chopped walnuts
- 12 cup raisins
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1 14 cups apple juice
- 12 cup water
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix dry ingrediants in on bowl and liquid in another.
- Combine the dry into the wet and mix.
- If the mixture seems to runny wait a minute or two and if still to runny add a little bit more bran.
- Spoon into muffin tins and and place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- This recipe makes 6 Large Muffins.
