Ham Quiche

  2. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  3. Place rolled out dough in a glass pie pan and flute the edges all around.
  4. Pierce the crust with the tines of a fork in several places on the bottom and around the sides.
  5. Bake pie crust 6-8 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Reduce oven heat to 325 degrees.

  9. Scatter bacon or ham into crust.
  10. Whisk eggs, milk or Half & Half, salt and nutmeg in a bowl.
  11. Pour over meat.
  12. Toss cheeses with flour and sprinkle mixture over the top.
  13. Bake until set, 35-45 minutes.
  14. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
