Stuffed Tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 packages mushrooms, chopped
- 1 box Stovetop
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
- 6 large tomatoes
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cut tops off of tomatoes and remove insides using a spoon
- Prepare Stovetop according to package directions
- Chop onion, pepper, and mushrooms and add to stovetop
- Mix 1 cup of cheese into Stovetop
- Stuff tomatoes and place in a baking dish
- Sprinkle extra cheese on top
- Bake for 20-30 until cheese is melted and tomatoes are soft
