Sugar-Free Granola
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 1 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 cups Ground Flax Seeds
- 1/4 cups Melted Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1 cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2.
- Put the nuts and seeds in a 9x13 cake pan or a large cookie sheet with sides.
- Put the pan into the oven and toast until slightly brown, about 15 minutes.

- While you are toasting the nuts and seeds, heat the coconut oil in the microwave for a few seconds until melted.

- Remove nuts and seeds from the oven and pour into a large mixing bowl.
- 5.
- Add the coconut oil, raisins, oats and spices into the bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
- 6.
- Put the granola mixture back into the pan and spread it in an even layer.
- Bake it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
- Keep an eye on it and dont let your raisins get puffy.
- If they do, that means they will be very hard after they cool.
- Trust me, Im speaking from experience.
- You could break a tooth!
- Remove pan from oven.
- 7.
- Allow for cooling time then store in airtight containers.
