maple almond granola
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 slice almonds
- 1 tbsp cold unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup +2tablespoons all- purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins or any dried fruit
- preheat oven to 350. combining corn flakes, oats, and almonds.
- spread on cookie sheet roast until light golden about 10 minutes put in large bowl leave oven on lined pan with parchment paper
- in a bowl mix butter with flour, sugar, and salt until it resembles crumbls add to grain mixture and toss
- combined the maple syrup with the vanilla pour over grain mixture and stir
- Spagnola online baking sheet toast for 12 to 14 minutes let cool then add the dried fruit
