Besan Laddu Recipe

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan and gradually add flour.
  2. Stirring continuously, fry the mixture on a low flame until brown.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Add in powdered cardamom and sugar.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Then add in the almonds and raisins.
  7. Shape into ladoos and serve.
