Blueberry Grunt Cake Recipe Jasminesecret
- 1 box of golden cake mix, (or yellow)
- 1 box of instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can of blueberry pie filling ( you can substitute frozen or fresh blueberries rolled in flour)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Make cake according to box/recipe
- pour in Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix(Powder)
- mix.
- butter & flour a Bundt pan
- pour mix into the Bundt pan
- pour blueberrys over top
- cook according to cake mix directions, or 35-45 mins (at sea level) checking to see if a toothpick will come out clean, (cake should be at regular cake consistency not jiggly.)
- wait 15-20 mins for cake to cool, in pan
- cake should pull freely away from sides of the pan, flip cake over onto plate.
- Icing: Mix Powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in a bowl until a opaque, syrupy consistency is formed, no lumps or clumps, if you have clumping or lumps add more milk!
- pour icing over top of cake
- dig in!
