Susan's Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Brown sausages and drain well on paper towel to remove excess fat.
  2. Dice or chop green pepper,celery,mushrooms& onions.
  3. Saute with minced garlic in 2 tbsps.
  4. oil until soft.
  5. In large pot (Dutch Oven) combine the remaining.
  6. ingredients, add saute vegetables& meat.
  7. Simmer for 3-4 hours stirring often.

lean ground beef, green pepper, stalks celery, mushrooms, onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, celery salt, salt, thyme, parsley, ground pepper, oregano, sugar
