Easy Roast Beef
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell's French Onion Soup
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 whole (about 5-pound Size Or Enough For 10 Servings) Top Or Bottom Round Cut Of Beef
- Heat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a large saucepan, pour in all the cans of soup.
- Then add your entire cut of beef, uncut.
- Cook with the lid on for 2 hours.
- Remove from the oven.
- Cut beef on a cutting board into approximately 3-ounce pieces.
- Add beef back into the sauce, put the lid back on, and cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours.
- Then take the lid off and let it cook uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Then take out of the oven and enjoy over penne or spagetti noodles, or my favorite, mashed potatoes.
