Squid Salad

  1. Fry ingredient (A) with with a bit of olive oil and salt it to taste.
  2. You may add a pinch of black pepper if you like; set aside.
  3. Blend all ingredients in (B) then add in the squid.
  4. Let the herbs coat the squid evenly.
  5. Wash then pat dry the salads.
  6. Put in a bowl along with the onions.
  7. Dress the salad with the baby squids.
