Fennel Slaw with Black Pepper

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Add fennel and toss to coat.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
  4. (Can be made 4 hours ahead.
  5. Cover and chill.)
  6. Toss again before serving.
