Pepperjack Wrap with Salsa & Sweet Peppers
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Pepperjack Singles
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa
- 2 medium red peppers, sliced
- 2 medium green peppers, sliced
- 32 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 4 medium bananas, sliced
- 3/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- SPREAD each tortilla with 1 tsp.
- of olive oil.
- Cover each with a cheese slice; place in microwave 10 to 30 sec.
- ; or until cheese melts.
- Top each with 1 Tbsp.
- salsa and 1/4 of the peppers; roll.
- ENJOY each wrap with 1/4 of the yogurt topped with 1/4 each of the sliced bananas and almonds.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
- Serve each person 1 bottle of flavored water.
