Baked Chicken Strips

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow dish mix the panko, grated cheese, parsley and salt and pepper together.
  3. In another dish whisk eggs, dijon mustard and hot sauce.
  4. Cut your chicken into strips, dry with a paper towel.
  5. Dip the strips in the egg mixture to coat, then dip into panko crumbs and press on to coat.
  6. Place strips on prepared pan.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and brown.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
