Spicy Sweet Pecans

• 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
• 2 Tablespoons Sugar
• 3/4 teaspoons Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
• 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
• 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
• 2 cups Whole Pecans

1. Preheat oven to 300 F. In a medium sized bowl, combine oil with sugar and spices.
2. Add pecans and toss to coat.
3. Place nuts on a baking sheet, spreading them into one even layer.
4. Bake at 300 F for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
5. Remove pan from oven and allow nuts to cool before serving.
