Vermicelli soup (super easy)

  1. Break vermicelli to 2 cm long pieces.
  2. You might be able to find bags of small vermicelli (any kind of small pasta would work as well but i like vermicelli)
  3. Add the butter in a deep pot over low heat
  4. Immediately add the vermicelli and the salt and spices and cook until the pasta browns a little (watch because it burns fast we only want the spices and the butter to flavour it)
  5. Add the stock or water and cover.
  6. Cook on high heat until it boils then turn to a simmer and leave for 15 min.
  7. Turn off the heat and let it set for 10 more minutes.
  8. Pour in a bowl and squeeze some lemon juice over it.
  9. Enjoy while hot.
  10. Great in cold nights.
