Tuna and tomato sandwich

  1. Drain the tuna
  2. Put tuna, egg, basil, dill weed, xanthan gum, and cilantro into a bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Then add parmesan cheese mix and form into a thin patty
  5. Take a pan add oil fry the patties fry till done and a bit crispy.
  6. Move to paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  7. Take half the patties set on plates.
  8. Slice the tomatoes and put a slice on each patty and egg.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Cover with the other half of patties.
  11. Squeeze lime juice over the top of sandwiches.
  12. Add a little garlic if you like
