Fruited Raspberry Brie

  1. Filling: Add all ingredients except brie to a medium saucepan.
  2. Simmer & stir over medium heat until mixture has thickened & fruit is tender.
  3. Cool.
  4. Assembly:.
  5. Slice brie through the center horizontally to form two round disks.
  6. Spread fruit filling between the layers.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven & let cool 5 minutes.
  9. Presentation:.
  10. Drizzle with extra raspberry liqueur if desired.
