Holiday Berry Punch Recipe

  2. Puree strawberries with syrup in container of electric blender (this can be done ahead of time and refrigerated).
  3. 2.
  4. Just before serving, combine pureed strawberries, cranberry-raspberry concentrate, lemonade concentrate and Ginger Ale in a 6 qt bowl or possibly punch bowl.
  5. Stir in seltzer and serve from a pitcher or possibly punch bowl in glasses.
  6. Garnish with skewered strawberries and cranberries if you wish.
  7. Makes 32 1/2 c. servings.
