Pretzel Pick Ups
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
- 1/8 tsp. prepared horseradish,
- to taste
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard,
- to taste
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce,
- to taste
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 48 thin pretzel sticks
- In small bowl combine cheese, ham, mustard, horseradish and hot pepper sauce.
- Mix well.
- Place mixture in refrigerator for approximately a half-hour if necessary so mixture will not be too soft to make into balls.
- Remove from refrigerator and shape the cheese mixture into 48 three-quarter-inch balls.
- Roll the cheese balls into the chopped nuts.
- Cover and place cheese balls back in the refrigerator for several hours, until serving time.
- To serve, place cheese balls on a plate and insert one pretzel stick into each cheese ball.
