turkey breasts with pears and lime

  1. Season de turkey breasts with salt and herbs provence
  2. Add the garlic to a skillet previously heated with olive oil
  3. Cut the pear into small pieces (circles or cubs)
  4. Add the olive oil, the pear, the lime juice and the garlic (chopped) to a skillet and heat it.
  5. Cover it and let it boil
  6. After a while, add the turkey breasts to the skillet and cover it so that the sauce doesnt evaporate.
  7. Turn the breasts when you think is ok
  8. Serve the dish with some lettuce and intire rice
